There is not a set diet out there that will adhere to one certain person for a long period of time.
The goal here is to create Balance in “your” life. I looked up the word balance to give us a greater understanding, Let’s take a look. Balance means stability, to remain upright and steadiness.
Are you taking time to create new habits with your food, exercise and to feed your soul?
My challenge for all of us is to take time to examine where you are in your life.
Chances are if there is a struggle with your physical body then I would have to ask what is in your Heart?
Once you have evaluated where you are, start right where you are!
We must be nourished and strengthened in all areas of our lives to endure everyday life!
I want to encourage you as we journey through each day that “you” have a choice it is never to late, everyday is a new day given and God’s mercies are new everyday.
Let’s crush limitations and grab a hold of what’s in front of us.
