Delicious and Nutritious Protein Pudding

Delicious and Nutritious Protein Pudding!

If your like me as a busy wife and mom I love finding simple recipes to add to my healthy eating collection. My friend Stefanie is gifted and creative in the kitchen. I love when she comes up with simple recipes that are delicious and nutritious.

This is a simple way to get your protein in addition to some fruit and raw honey for a pick me up. Stef says freezing your berries is the key! So whether you buy the berries frozen or freeze them yourself(this is what I do) be sure not to skip this step!

Stefs protein of choice is Arbonne and trust me it is awesome! . You really should do your research and find a good quality protein. I prefer almond butter, but a natural organic peanut butter will be great as well!
