Sometimes we feel like a failure when we stumble in our way and that is a lie. You are not a failure unless you quit trying! I can not tell you how many times I have fallen flat on my face and had to get up and keep moving.

This is a question often in my mind: Do you want to be whole and healthy, or is this  selfish ambition?  I have to stop and assess where I am emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically.

If there is any frustration involved or I’m constantly “looking” for change in my physical body, then that is a red flag for me.
