This miracle is an absolute game changer for your health and your weight loss. Raw apple cider vinegar has been proven and hailed for all its amazing health benefits for thousands of years.

My grandmother has always sworn by the results and has seen it work for her for the last 50 years. Patricia Braggs is the picture of health and is a great example of someone who has walked the walk. I use the Braggs brand and this is one of my favorite mutli purpose items in my pantry.

With the western diet being primarily dairy, meats, and sugar, which are all very acidic in the body. This is an environment where disease breeds.The alkalining effect of raw apple cider vinegar can be very helpful in balancing our bodies ph.

1. A toner for skin use half water

2.  Relief for sun burn can apply directly with half water mixture or fill a bath

3. remedy for pimples. Use half water mixture apply to pimples

4. a rinse for hair (makes hair very shiny)

5. cooking vegetables

6. salad dressing ( mix with extra virgin olive oil, lemon, and sea salt)

7. as a tea ( mix 1 tbsp acv, 1tbsp raw honey, and cup of hot water)

8. before meals to aid in digestion. ! tbsp chase with glass of water

9. soak for cleaning vegetables

10. an energy boost

When I drink the tea or just a tbsp of raw acv with water before each meal I have more energy, it suppresses my appetite, improves my digestion, and I know I am doing my body good! The old saying an apple a day keeps the doctor away may have more truth than what we realize.

  2. I am trying to bring myself to drink it. All of these good reasons, it should be a no brainer…but I am trying 🙂

    • Jessica,it’s not as bad as it sounds. Try 2 teaspoons in about 8 ounces of cold water an add 1-2 teaspoons of honey. Yum.

  3. I use Bragg’s ACV everyday..I drink it in the morning and before bed. I use it as a toner every other day too. I have psoriasis and put some on when it flares..and it really works! I love it!
