Juicing benefits for health and weight loss
I am so excited to share some of the amazing benefits I have personally experienced from juicing for my health and weight loss. I have been in the nutrition and fitness industry for 20 years.I have tried so many different things to attain better health and weight loss.
Through an organic living foods lifestyle workshop and researching the health benefits of juicing I have become a big fan.
When I first began juicing I used a old style juicer that was very time consuming. I used a lot of food to receive very little juice in comparison.I have found since a much easier, less time consuming, more economical way to juice. I use the nutribullet. This is so simple, easy to clean, and you use every ounce of food you put in.
I always focus on the benefits of juicing for health, but a bonus is that I loose weight. I have found that when I juice for breakfast that I seem to have more self control throughout my day and have less cravings. I also feel much more energetic and focused for daily tasks.
As the bible tells us in Genesis 1:29 “And God said, Behold I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed: to you it shall be for food.”
Seeds contain life and put oxygen into the body. It only makes sense that the more living foods we eat the more alive we feel. I know this to be true from personal experience that the life giving nutrients you ingest through juicing have amazing health benefits.
After giving birth to my fourth child my blood pressure spiked. I know it was around 154/80 or close to that. I assured my OBGYN that I had the knowledge to help lower it naturally. In addition to beginning an exercise regimen I began juicing for the benefits of helping lower my blood pressure.. My blood pressure last time I checked was around 115/60.
A list of juicing benefits for your health;
Alkalinity: Raw and living foods help alkaline the body
Hydration: Are bodies are about %70 water and living foods contain lots of water
protein: Raw plants offer quality amino acids even though not a complete protein
abundant vitamins: lots of vitamins are destroyed in the cooking process
more enzymes= better digestion: when foods heated above 105 degrees the enzymes are destroyed
greater energy and stamina: after a heavy cooked meal you can feel sluggish
I will share a couple of healthy recipes for juicing that are my favorites. Remember the possibilities are endless because you can be creative and try different things.
