So many of us long to live a healthy and fulfilled life, yet it is so easy to grab something fast or convenient. How do we break this constant cycle to move forward?

Any area in which we want to see change takes a mind set to see beyond where you are today and, a goal and a will to do it. We cannot expect to see results by doing the same thing over and over. Lets be intentional; with small steps, small exchanges to see results.

Isaiah 55:2 ” Why do you spend your money for what is not bread, and your wages for what does not strengthen  and satisfy? Listen diligently to Me, and eat what is good, And let your soul delight itself in abundance.”
