So what do you do when exercise is the last thing you feel like doing? This is hard, friends, I know from personal experience when you don’t feel well it is not easy to make yourself workout.
When you wake up with vibrant energy and are healthy it can be fairly simple to go for a jog, a walk, or hit the gym,right? On the other hand, if you feel tired, sluggish, or are hurting in your body it may be the last thing you feel like doing, but may be the very thing you need to do.
