4 oz deli turkey

2 oz mozzarella cheese

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 cup of marinara

add spinach and veggies of choice

1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter

1 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 Tbsp  Raw unfiltered Honey
